Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI)

Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites experienced consulting firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the role of Project Management Consultant (PMC) under the Power Distribution Strengthening Project, funded by the Asian Development Bank.The selected consultant will support MEPCO’s Project Management Unit in planning, supervision, quality control, contract management, and reporting for major power-sector modernization works, including Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Asset Performance Monitoring Systems (APMS).Firms with strong experience in power distribution projects, donor-funded assignments, and large-scale infrastructure management—particularly in developing regions—are encouraged to apply.Deadline for submission: 24 February 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST).
