The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) is inviting applications from highly experienced professionals for the role of Advisor – Tarbela 4th & 5th Extension Hydropower Projects (T4 & T5 HPPS). This strategic position is intended for experts who can provide leadership, technical insight, and advisory support to ensure the successful implementation of these major hydropower initiatives.The advisor will be responsible for reviewing project progress, advising on technical and contractual matters, and supporting the Project Director in meeting project timelines and international financing requirements. The role also includes offering guidance on risk management, project scheduling, and efficient utilization of resources, along with presenting progress recommendations to senior management.Eligibility RequirementsQualification: B.Sc. Civil EngineeringExperience: Minimum 30 years of professional experience in water and hydropower engineering or management, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial or technical role. Prior experience as Project Director on hydropower projects, especially at Tarbela Dam, will be considered a strong advantage.
